Rossell Techsys Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Rossell Techsys board has approved its Q1 FY25 consolidated financial results. Revenue from operations stood at ₹87.22 Cr, with a profit of ₹3.30 Cr, and EPS at ₹0.87. This marks a significant turnaround from last year's Q1 loss but shows a sequential dip from the previous quarter.

The board also re-appointed M/s. Raghavan, Chaudhuri & Narayanan as Statutory Auditors and appointed M/s. BMP & Co LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. MMAK & Co was appointed Internal Auditor for FY26. The Annual General Meeting will be held on September 24, 2025, and September 17, 2025, is set as the record date for the FY24-25 dividend.
