TGB Banquets and Hotels Ltd. has approved the financial results for the quarter. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Narendra G. Somani as Managing Director and Chairman for three years, and Mr. Devanand G. Somani and Mr. Hemant G. Somani as Whole Time Directors for five years each.
