Spunweb Nonwoven has invested Rs. 10 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Spunweb India Private Limited (SIPL), by subscribing to its rights issue. This strategic investment, involving 40 lakh equity shares at Rs. 25 each, is intended to bolster SIPL's working capital. This move strengthens the financial position of the subsidiary, supporting its operational needs. The parent company's 100% shareholding in SIPL remains unchanged post-investment.
