Prism Johnson Limited — Important, 13-08-2025: Arrangements for strategic, technical, manufacturing, or marketing tie up

Prism Johnson's Cement Division has signed a supply agreement with Jabalpur Cement Industries (JCIPL). This partnership aims to enhance local cement availability in Madhya Pradesh, a strategic market accounting for 19% of FY25 cement sales. JCIPL will manufacture cement to Prism's quality for onward sale. This tie-up immediately increases Prism's grinding capacity through supply agreements from 1.08 MTPA to 1.17 MTPA, targeting 1.38 MTPA by September 30, 2025. JCIPL reported a turnover of ₹6.49 Cr in FY25.
