Xpro India Limited — Important, 13-08-2025: Updates

Xpro India has completed the conversion of all 1,435,750 preferential warrants into equity shares, significantly strengthening its capital base. The company received the final 65% payment for these shares, amounting to Rs. 90.99 Crore, following an initial 35% upfront collection of Rs. 48.99 Crore. In total, the preferential issue has injected approximately Rs. 139.99 Crore into the company, with shares issued at Rs. 975 each. This includes a recent conversion of 240,000 warrants, which brought in Rs. 15.21 Crore. The newly allotted shares are now being listed, enhancing liquidity and investor participation.
