Ramco Cements held its 67th Annual General Meeting. Shareholders adopted the company's separate and consolidated audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and approved a dividend of Rs. 2 per share for the same period. Shri. R. Dinesh was reappointed as a Director. M/s. Sriram Krishnamurthy & Co. were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, with remuneration for FY2025-26 fixed at 0.065 Cr. Remuneration of 0.07 Cr for M/s. Geeyes & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY2025-26 was also ratified.
