United Spirits' Board has approved a key leadership transition. Mr. Mital Sanghvi, currently Vice President – Treasury & Company Secretary, will move to the role of Vice President - Financial Controller starting September 1. Concurrently, he will step down from his Company Secretary and Compliance Officer positions at the close of August 31. Following the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's review, Ms. Pragya Kaul has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective September 1. This ensures continuity in critical governance functions and promotes internal talent.
