Ventive Hospitality announced strong Q1 FY26 consolidated results, with revenue hitting ₹520 crore, up 18% year-on-year, and EBITDA at ₹220 crore, a 13% increase. Profit after tax stood at ₹38 crore. The board also approved acquiring the remaining 1.31% stake in Urbanedge Hotels Private Limited, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. Additionally, a corporate guarantee of up to $35 million was approved for its subsidiary, Kudakurathu Island Resorts Private Limited. Looking ahead, Ventive plans significant expansion, adding 1,548 keys over five years through new Marriott hotel contracts.
