Nagreeka Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nagreeka Exports' board approved its Q1 FY25 standalone quarterly results: revenue at ₹90.31 Cr and net profit of ₹0.92 Cr. The company's Kolhapur spinning plant, which had suspended operations, has now resumed and is working towards normalcy.

It also approved re-appointments for Whole-time Director Mr. Debabrata Das Choudhary and Independent Directors Mr. Tushar Jhunjhunwala & Mr. Pawan Kishore Harlalka, all subject to shareholder nod. Remuneration for Executive Directors Mr. Sushil Patwari and Mr. Sunil I. Patwari is proposed to be waived from Oct 2025. Also, related party remuneration for Mr. Pratyush Patwari exceeding limits was approved, pending shareholder vote.
