Brainbees Solutions Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 13-08-2025: Allotment of Securities

Brainbees Solutions has issued 79,390 new equity shares and facilitated the transfer of 134,631 existing shares to employees through their Employee Stock Option Plans. The new shares were issued at various exercise prices, ranging from Rs. 2 to Rs. 28.08 per share. This process brought in approximately Rs. 3.16 lakh for the company. As a result, Brainbees Solutions' paid-up share capital has increased, now standing at Rs. 1043.81 crore. This highlights the company's ongoing employee incentive programs and a minor expansion of its equity base.
