Omaxe Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Omaxe has announced a board meeting where key decisions were made. The company approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting total income of Rs 298.03 Cr and a net loss of Rs 185.77 Cr, with basic EPS at Rs (10.16).

On the leadership front, Mr. Aroon Kumar Aggarwal and Mr. Vinit Goyal were re-appointed as Independent and Whole-Time Directors, respectively, for a second 5-year term. Mr. Manoj Kumar Dua resigned as CFO, transitioning to President-Corporate Accounts. Mr. Atul Banshal has been appointed as the new Director-Finance & CFO. M/s DMK Associates were also appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
