Autoline Industries announced that its CEO, Mr. Venugopal Rao Pendyala, has resigned to pursue other opportunities. His resignation was accepted by the Board and will be effective from September 30, 2025, concluding his five-year tenure. The Board acknowledged his significant contributions and leadership. A new CEO has been finalized and will take charge from November 1, 2025. In the interim, Mr. Shivaji Akhade, the Managing Director, will take on the additional responsibilities of CEO, ensuring leadership continuity for the company and its stakeholders.
