Omaxe's board has announced a meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 282.24 Cr, with a net loss of Rs 185.77 Cr for the quarter.

Key leadership updates include the re-appointment of Mr. Aroon Kumar Aggarwal as Non-Executive & Independent Director and Mr. Vinit Goyal as Whole-Time Director, both for a second five-year term. Mr. Manoj Kumar Dua stepped down as Chief Financial Officer but will continue as President-Corporate Accounts. Mr. Atul Banshal has been appointed as the new Director-Finance & CFO.
