Raj Television Network Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Raj Television Network's Board met and approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, following a review by the Audit Committee. Key re-appointments were also greenlit, pending shareholder approval. Mr. M. Raajhendhran was re-appointed Chairman & MD, and Mr. M. Rajarathnam, Mr. M. Ravindran, and Mr. Kannappa Pillai Mani Ragunathan were re-appointed as Whole Time Directors, each for a five-year term starting April 1, 2026.
