Rodium Realty's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹14.53 Cr with a profit after tax of ₹2.27 Cr. The company has also approved an Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) for Directors and employees, involving 400,000 equity shares at an exercise price of ₹50 per option, pending shareholder approval.
