Rodium Realty's Board has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone net profit was ₹1.87 Cr on revenues of ₹2.58 Cr, while consolidated net profit reached ₹2.27 Cr from revenues of ₹14.53 Cr. The company also approved an Employee Stock Option Scheme for 4,00,000 shares at ₹50 per option, aiming to boost employee incentives, pending shareholder approval. M/s. M. M. Nissim & Co. LLP has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditors for five years, also subject to shareholder approval. The 32nd Annual General Meeting is set for September 30, 2025.
