Veritas (India) Limited's board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company bolstered its leadership by appointing Mrs. Bhagyashri Parag Dixit, an e-commerce entrepreneur, as an Independent Woman Director, and Mr. Rakesh Navnitlal Bharucha, a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years experience, as Chief Financial Officer.
