UFLEX Limited — Updates, 13-08-2025: Press Release

UFlex reported Q1 FY26 consolidated net revenue of Rs 3,921.9 Cr (+6.4% YoY) with normalized EBITDA at Rs 469.8 Cr (+0.3% YoY) and PAT of Rs 58 Cr. Sales volume grew 7.9% YoY to 170,504 MT. Growth was robust in India, Europe, and CIS, despite tariff uncertainties.

Key projects, including Egypt's PET chips plant (74.8% utilization), Mexico's WPP unit, Egypt/Sanand aseptic facilities, and Noida's recycling plant, are slated for FY26 commissioning. These expansions are expected to enhance operational capacity, boost revenue streams, improve margins, and drive shareholder value from FY27. UFlex recycled 222 million PET bottles. Gross debt stands at Rs 8,590.6 Cr.
