Vesuvius India's board met to approve its standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a net profit of ₹62.00 Cr for Q2 and ₹122.11 Cr for the half-year. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹522.43 Cr, and for the half-year, it was ₹1,016.55 Cr.

In a key update, the company completed a 10-for-1 share split, changing the face value from ₹10 to ₹1. Furthermore, Vesuvius India's new Basic Monolithic Plant in Anakapalli commenced commercial operations on June 27, boosting future capacity.
