Magnum Ventures' Board has re-appointed its key auditors following review by the Audit Committee. M/s. GMB & Associates will continue as Internal Auditors for FY2025-26. M/s. Munish K Sharma & Associates LLP were re-appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30), subject to shareholder approval. M/s. V K Dube & Co. were also re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY2025-26. This ensures continuity in governance and compliance for the company.
