Black Box Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 13-08-2025: Allotment of Securities

Black Box Limited has allotted 1,03,950 equity shares to ESOP holders at Rs. 85 per share. Additionally, 84,189 equity shares were issued to non-promoter investors, Ushma Mehta and Eva Vaidya, at Rs. 417 per share following warrant conversions. This conversion brings in approximately Rs 3.51 Cr from these investors. Combined with the ESOP exercise, the company has infused over Rs 4.39 Cr.
