Black Box Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 13-08-2025: Allotment of Securities

Black Box has allotted 1,03,950 Equity Shares to eligible ESOP holders at an exercise price of Rs 85 per share. Additionally, 84,189 Equity Shares were issued at Rs 417 each to non-promoters Ushma Mehta and Eva Vaidya, following the conversion of their warrants. This move increases the company's total paid-up capital and infuses approximately Rs 4.39 Cr into the company, strengthening its financial position.
