GMR AIRPORTS LIMITED — New Orders, 13-08-2025: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

GMR Airports (GMRAIRPORT) has received a Letter of Intent to Award from its Indian subsidiary, Delhi International Airport (DIAL). GMRAIRPORT will finance, design, develop, construct, operate, manage, and maintain the Cargo City at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. This project involves 50.5 acres for state-of-the-art cargo and logistics facilities. The agreement includes an estimated aggregate Minimum Monthly Guarantee of Rs. 415.74 Cr payable to DIAL. The initial period for the project runs until 2036, with a potential 30-year extension.
