RMC Switchgears reported Q1 consolidated revenue of 86.14 Cr, surging over 165% year-on-year, supported by a robust 700 Cr order book. This strong start underpins their growth in solar EPC and smart metering. The company invested an additional 2.6 Cr into its solar subsidiary, RMC Green Energy, to boost renewable manufacturing, raising its paid-up capital to 11.7 Cr. RMC Green Energy also appointed Mr. Samujjal Ganguly, a veteran with over 30 years in solar, as Business Head. Additionally, Mrs. Shivani Bairathi was appointed Compliance Officer, strengthening governance. The company mourns the passing of Independent Director Mr. Kuljit Singh Popli.
