Mukesh Babu Financial Services has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 09. Shareholders can attend via video conferencing and utilize both remote e-voting (September 05-08) and e-voting during the meeting. The company's share transfer books will be closed from September 03 to September 09. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends from financial year 2017-18 must claim them before November 03, after which they will be transferred to a government fund. The proposed dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM to eligible shareholders.
