Optiemus Infracom has announced a special window for shareholders to re-lodge transfer requests for physical shares. This applies to requests submitted before December 5, 2018, that were previously returned or rejected. The window is open from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026. All successful re-lodgements will result in shares being issued only in dematerialised form. Shareholders are advised to submit their complete transfer requests by the deadline and can contact the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for assistance.
