Lloyds Enterprises has declared an interim dividend of Re. 0.10 per share (10% on Re. 1 FV) for FY25-26. Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members by the Record Date, September 5th, will be eligible for this payout. The dividend is expected to be disbursed to eligible equity shareholders on or before September 12th. This dividend declaration was approved by the Board along with the financial results for the quarter.
