PVR INOX has announced an Annual General Meeting on September 8, 2025, to adopt the financial results for FY 2024-25, consider re-appointing directors, and approve Secretarial Auditors. For FY25, standalone revenue reached ₹5,442.4 crore with a loss of ₹276.9 crore, while consolidated revenue was ₹5,779.9 crore, posting a loss of ₹280.9 crore. The company significantly reduced net debt by ₹341.8 crore to ₹952.2 crore and nearly halved capital expenditure to ₹333.5 crore. PVR INOX Pictures posted its highest revenue of ₹385.3 crore, and Zea Maize revenue topped ₹100 crore.
