For the quarter, standalone total income was 268.88 Cr with a net profit after tax of 2.69 Cr. Consolidated total income stood at 295.80 Cr, yielding a net profit after tax of 4.01 Cr. Standalone basic earnings per share was 2.24, while consolidated basic earnings per share was 2.18. These results, reviewed by the Audit Committee, were approved by the Board of Directors.
