Bajel Projects Limited — Others, 14-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Bajel Projects Limited held its 3rd Annual General Meeting where shareholders approved key financial and operational matters. The audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, were adopted. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Suresh Nagle and the appointment of Mr. Sudarshan Sampathkumar as an Independent Director. Crucially, the Board received authorization to borrow up to Rs. 3,500 crore and create charges on company assets up to the same limit. This provides significant flexibility for future financing and growth. Additionally, cost and secretarial auditor appointments were ratified.
