BN Rathi Securities Ltd — Updates, 14-08-2025: Company Update

B.N. Rathi Securities has released its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated net profit after tax significantly increased to Rs 1.45 Cr from Rs 0.48 Cr year-over-year, despite consolidated total income decreasing to Rs 13.52 Cr. Standalone net profit after tax, however, saw a dip to Rs 1.61 Cr from Rs 3.20 Cr. The wholly-owned subsidiary's profit before tax decreased to Rs 0.02 Cr, while the partially-owned subsidiary improved, posting a profit of Rs 0.003 Cr, up from a previous loss. The core business remains equity broking and related services.
