Triumph International Finance India Ltd — Updates, 14-08-2025: Company Update

Bhansali Engineering Polymers has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, which were approved at a recent board meeting. Consolidated net revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs. 307.91 Cr, a decrease from Rs. 340.06 Cr in the previous year. Net profit after tax also declined to Rs. 45.89 Cr, compared to Rs. 53.35 Cr year-on-year. Despite the dip in earnings, the company has declared a first interim dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share (100% of face value) for the financial year 2025-26.
