Nava Ltd.'s Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue hit ₹1,232.6 Cr, with PBT reaching a record ₹535.9 Cr and PAT at ₹399.1 Cr. Energy division PBT surged 131.7% QoQ, driven by high power plant PLFs (86.9-95.2%). Ferro Alloys reported improved realizations. Maamba Energy (MEL) reduced receivables by US$ 75.0 Mn to US$ 85.5 Mn, paid a US$ 50.0 Mn dividend, and now faces a 50% income tax concession. MEL's Phase II, Maamba Solar, and avocado plantations are on schedule for future commissioning/harvests.
