TCI Express has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone Net Sales were 286.75 Cr with a Net Profit of 21.04 Cr, while Consolidated Net Sales were 286.75 Cr with a Net Profit of 19.47 Cr. The Board also approved key management changes: Mr. Shivi Suri is now Chief Operating Officer-Air Cargo. Mr. Pabitra Mohan Panda is redesignated Chief Business Officer, and Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandey is now Regional Express Manager.
