Jamna Auto Industries Limited — Important, 14-08-2025: General Updates

Jamna Auto (JAI) posted Q1 FY26 consolidated net sales of ₹573 Cr, down 10% QoQ but up 2.8% YoY. PAT was ₹46 Cr, down 9% QoQ, flat YoY. Despite a sequential dip in CV production (LCV -12%, M&HCV -16% QoQ), JAI announced strategic growth. They began supplying Stabilizer Bars to Mahindra & Mahindra and introduced Sleeper Suspension for Ashok Leyland. A 3-year export agreement for springs and U-bolts to Europe marks global expansion, complementing their new U-Bolt plant operations in Indore.
