Kore Digital Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kore Digital (KDL) has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter. For Q1 FY26, the company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹156.99 Cr and a net profit of ₹13.76 Cr.

The board also approved the re-appointment of Managing Director Mr. Ravindra Doshi and the appointment of M/s. N B T and Co. as Internal Auditor and M/s. Govind Jaiswal & Company as Secretarial Auditor for FY25-26. Additionally, the draft notice for the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the draft Board's Report for FY25 were given the go-ahead.
