Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has allotted 633,268 new equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan. This decision, approved by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, stems from employees exercising their stock options. Consequently, the Bank's paid-up capital has increased from Rs. 1935.64 Cr to Rs. 1936.27 Cr. These new shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10, are now undergoing the process for final listing approval on the stock exchanges, having already received in-principle approval. This reflects the bank's commitment to employee incentives, leading to a slight increase in the total shares outstanding.
