Driven by strong orders and new customer wins, including a satellite program and global OEM qualification, the company achieved its strongest-ever Q1. Operational scaling through second shifts and a workforce increase to 950 employees will accelerate order conversion. This expansion, coupled with a robust pipeline, is expected to lead to substantial revenue growth and multi-fold profitability gains in the upcoming fiscal year.
