Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited — Others, 14-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (TBZ) has announced an Annual General Meeting on September 9 to approve its financial results for the year and a ₹2.25 per share dividend. Shareholders will consider re-appointing Chairman & MD Shrikant Zaveri, Whole-time Directors Binaisha and Raashi Zaveri, and Independent Director Sudha Navandar. The company also proposes to amend its memorandum to accept deposits from the public. TBZ reported strong FY25 performance: revenue from operations increased 13.99% to ₹2,620.48 crore, EBITDA grew 27.44% to ₹176.09 crore, and PAT rose 33.93% to ₹72.35 crore. TBZ expanded its footprint to 37 stores and was recognized with an 'Exemplary Value Creation' award.
