IRB Infrastructure has announced its Q1 FY26 results, with consolidated net profit surging 45% YoY to Rs 202 crore. The board declared an interim dividend of Re 0.07 per equity share for FY26. Total consolidated income grew 10% YoY to Rs 2,165 crore. Operational highlights include an 8% YoY rise in combined toll revenue to Rs 1,680 crore. The O&M order book is set to jump by Rs 3,100 crore to Rs 30,900 crore post Private InvIT asset transfers to the Public InvIT, reinforcing IRB's robust portfolio and growth prospects.
