The report confirms that there was no deviation in the use of the Rs. 185 Cr raised. Funds were appropriately utilized for the announced objectives, with Rs. 146 Cr allocated for debt repayment and Rs. 28.99 Cr for general corporate purposes. A small balance of Rs. 0.58 Cr from the total offer expenses remains unutilized and is currently held in bank accounts. This shows the company is responsibly deploying its raised capital as planned.
