Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Zaggle has approved its Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹331.97 Cr, marking a significant rise from ₹252.21 Cr in the same quarter last year. Profit for the period also increased to ₹26.11 Cr, up from ₹16.73 Cr year-over-year.

The company announced its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 18, 2025, via video conferencing, and appointed a scrutinizer for e-voting. Updates on past fundraising: out of the ₹362.16 Cr IPO proceeds, ₹88.79 Cr remains unutilized. Similarly, from the ₹574.14 Cr net QIP proceeds, ₹490.46 Cr is yet to be deployed. The company also allotted 30,277 shares under its employee stock option scheme.
