Kamdhenu Ventures Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kamdhenu Ventures' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 50.35 Cr, with net profit at Rs 0.87 Cr. EPS for the quarter was Rs 0.03.

The Board also approved convening the 6th Annual General Meeting and appointed M/s. DSP & Associates as Statutory Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. From a past preferential issue of Rs 65.25 Cr, the company has utilized Rs 0.03 Cr for corporate purposes, with Rs 0.80 Cr temporarily invested in FDs and Rs 0.17 Cr unspent.
