Josts Engineering Company Ltd — Updates, 14-08-2025: Company Update

The company's Board has approved financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025: Standalone revenue 39.61 Cr (PAT 0.50 Cr) and consolidated revenue 55.61 Cr (PAT 0.33 Cr). New cost and secretarial auditors were appointed, subject to shareholder endorsement at the 118th Annual General Meeting on September 29.
