The company has acquired 100% stake in CorisHolding SRL, Belgium, a rapid diagnostic solutions manufacturer, for £2.765 Million. This strategic move aims to strengthen its position in the IVD segment and combat Antimicrobial Resistance, complementing existing molecular diagnostics. The company projects 15-20% growth for its MDx business in FY25-26, supported by long-term reagent-rental contracts, which are expected to contribute 20-25% of total revenue. Additionally, the company announced a final dividend of 40% (₹4 per share) for FY24-25.
