Jost's Engineering's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue was ₹39.61 Cr with a profit of ₹0.90 Cr, while consolidated revenue stood at ₹55.61 Cr with a profit of ₹0.32 Cr. The company appointed M/s. R.R. Ahirwar & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY26 and M/s. Anubhuti Akshay & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, both subject to shareholder approval.
