Indoco Remedies has announced its 78th Annual General Meeting via video conference. The Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.20 per equity share for the financial year. For FY25, the company reported a consolidated total income from operations of ₹1,665 crore, with a net loss after tax of ₹77.95 crore. Domestic formulation business reached ₹934 crore, international formulation was ₹501 crore, and API business stood at ₹130 crore. The AGM agenda includes re-approving Dr. Anand M Nadkarni, Dr. (Ms.) Vasudha V Kamat, and Mr. Abhijit Y Gore to the Board. Shareholders will also consider approving auditor remunerations and acknowledge new share allotments under the ESOP.
