Zaggle's board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company posted a revenue from operations of approximately ₹332 Cr and a profit of about ₹26.1 Cr for the quarter. Looking ahead, the 14th Annual General Meeting is set for September 18, 2025, conducted virtually. The board also provided an update on fund utilization: approximately ₹88.8 Cr from IPO proceeds and ₹490.5 Cr from QIP are currently unutilized, providing significant liquidity for future growth initiatives.
