Cochin Shipyard has launched 'Saksham Niveshak', a 100-day shareholder outreach initiative (July 28 – Nov 06). This campaign aims to help investors update KYC details and claim unpaid dividends. The goal is to prevent the transfer of shares and dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund. Shareholders are urged to contact the Company’s RTA to claim dividends or their Depository Participant to update KYC records to safeguard their investments.
