Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd — Results, 14-08-2025: Result

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure's Board has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated total income stood at Rs 10.49 Cr, a decrease from Rs 12.37 Cr in the same quarter last year. Consolidated net profit significantly declined to Rs 1.53 Cr from Rs 4.15 Cr year-over-year. The diluted earnings per share (EPS) also fell to Rs 1.28 from Rs 3.61. Additionally, Mr. Bhavin Kanti Gala's term as an Independent Director concluded.
